There is a $25 sign up fee for the tanning bed memberships. There is no sign up fee for the Airbrushing Memberships. There are no cancellation fees or contracts on any membership. You sign up with a credit card or checking account and we draft the amount out every month on the same date. You can cancel at any time we just need notice at least 30 days from your draft date.
